Proposed device provides explosion protection of built-in electrical equipment of compressor plant for transportation of explosion hazard gases and increases efficiency of explosion protection of built-in electrical equipment of compressor plant over entire operating cycle with simultaneous reduction of power consumption to drive electric motor of special compressor which provides take in and delivery of protective gas from source arranged out of the limits of explosion hazard zone.

EFFECT: provision of reliable protection of built-in electrical equipment of compressor plant for transportation of explosive gases.
