FIELD: the invention refers to the field of electrical technique and may be used at manufacturing of the spiral cores of the stators of brushless engines of constant current with an exterior rotor.

SUBSTANCE: the essence of the invention is in that the spiral core having a ring multi-layer construction is manufactured out of thick sheet steel set-up at rotation of the foundation out of thick sheet steel along the spiral beginning from the lower layer to the upper layer. The core is fulfilled with cutting down out of a sheet of electrical technical steel in two rows in a condition when one pair of bases in the shape of a tape is located opposite to each other in the direction of its width and T-shaped lugs correspondingly prominent out of the bases take turns, at that the spiral core has an adjusting lug on the upper or on the lower surface of each of the T-shaped lugs and an opening responsive to the adjusting lug for prevention unrolling of the core in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the spiral and displacement from the lower/upper layer of the core at the time of its winding at rotating the core along the spiral, and also a groove fulfilled in the base between each pair of the adjacent T-shaped lugs of the core for reducing tension at winding of the core and, in essence, a C-shaped edge of each T-shaped lug for reducing noise outgoing in the moment of engaging clutch at starting the engine into motion.

EFFECT: simplification of the process of manufacturing of a spiral core and also economy of material required for manufacturing of a spiral core and reducing the weight of a core.
