FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and may by used in washing machines with a direct connection to the drum. The invention allows a lower consumption of materials and simplification of production process. The said motor features the stator design allowing its stable arrangement on the tank attachment side or on the bearing housing. To this effect, the stator incorporates a steel core produced by faggoting and coiling the steel plate. The stator has teeth and a basic element. The upper insulator is shaped as a spiral-like core and envelopes the upper part of the spiral core. The lower insulator has an identical form and envelopes the lower part of the spiral core in assembly with the upper insulator. The lower insulator is made from an insulating material. The connector is made from a steel plate forming a spiral core so as to prevent uncoiling the steel plate in direction opposite to that of the steel plate coiling in faggoting and coiling the steel plate and to prevent shifting of separate layers relative to each other in the steel plate package. There is cut is provided in the steel plate basic element to reduce strain in coiling the core.
