FIELD: measuring equipment engineering, possible use in radio engineering for determining parameters of communication channels.
SUBSTANCE: in the method for measuring parameters of underlying environment in the center of frame antenna a Hall sensor is positioned, generator frequency f is selected within range 2...200·(σ·S)-1·104, where σ - electric conductivity of underlying environment (Cm/m), S - area of frame antenna (m2), current synchronization is realized by means of serial connection of frame antenna and current contacts of Hall sensor, phase shift is determined between input current and output voltage of Hall sensor, value of electric conductivity of underlying environment is determined on basis of measured phase shift Ф: σ=0,66·106·(Ф-0,2)2/f·S). To realize these actions, device for measuring parameters of underlying environment features phase-sensitive bridge (5), computing device (6) and indication and memorization device (7) in serial connection with each other, and also check connection resistor (8).
EFFECT: increased stability and precision of underlying environment with increased precision and stability of measurement results, independently from temporal changes of electric environmental parameters.
