SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing tube having annular shoulder on outer surface in flanged opening of tube wall till tube resting upon inner surface of said opening; forming surface of shoulder and inner surface of opening in such a way that to provide their matched joining; fixing tube against possible movement and fastening it in opening of tube wall due to performing zone-to-zone deformation of tube and flanging opening by means of pressure pad. Shoulder on outer surface of tube may be in the form of tore-like zigzag or fixed ring.
EFFECT: improved manufacturability of method, enhanced operational reliability and fluid-tightness of formed joint.
