FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises fitting of heat exchange tube in the heat exchange section tube plate. Said tubes are locked mechanically and sealed from outside by anaerobic sealant. Limited space is created from the tube plate inner side. In compliance with the first version, said limited space is created with the help of detachable restrictor ring. In compliance with the second version, said restrictor space is created with the help of the tube plate circular ledge. Vacuum chamber connected with the vacuum pump is installed from the tube plate inner side. The heat exchange section is arranged vertically and levelled. The bottom tube plate surface is filled with a filling compound. Rarefaction is developed in said vacuum chamber. Vacuum is bled. Filling compound is solidified. The job is reiterated at the second tube plate. Assemble heat exchange section is fitted in the heat exchanger case. Anaerobic sealant is applied on outer surfaces of the tube plates.
EFFECT: sealed joint between tube bundle and tube plate, higher reliability in operation.
