FIELD: rocket fuels.

SUBSTANCE: method of invention comprises measuring out components of solid propellant into first mixer from continuous mixer cascade and mixing components in mixer cascade. Measuring out powdered oxidant with additives is performed from receptacle of batcher by cycles, for which purpose, prior to measuring out powdered oxidant with additives, they are screened and transported to receptacle of batcher accumulating 2.5 to 5 doses. Loading of receptacle in the first cycle is combined with entering transportation apparatus into operating mode. In cycles of measuring out powdered oxidant with additives, each dose is formed by delivering powdered oxidant with additives from receptacle while continuously checking loss in their mass, and time of delivering each dose of powdered oxidant with additives is made in agreement with time of delivering binder at the time of its measuring.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measuring out powder due to avoiding sticking of powder on equipment members in the line supplying powder to mixer.
