FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing products from explosive composition, including gun powders and solid propellants. Method of invention involves mixing components of explosive composition containing two powder oxidant types, binding mixture, and hardener mixture in continuous mixer followed by compression molding of product. Binding mixture is prepared preliminarily in planetary mixture and further is used to fill circulatory mass conduit and mixer attachment, after which second-type powder oxidant is portionwise dispensed to the mixer attachment. Resulting mixture is stirred and simultaneously circulates in mixer attachment, screw pump, and circulatory conduit. Resulting mixture, first-type powder oxidant, and hardener are then dispensed into continuous mixer.
EFFECT: improved safety of continuous mixing process and improved component distribution uniformity at absence of air inclusion in the mixture.
