GAS DISTRIBUTING STATION Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC F17D1/04 F25B9/04

Abstract RU 2316693 C1

FIELD: the invention refers to gas technique particularly to gas distributing stations for reducing gas pressure in a gas pipeline.

SUBSTANCE: the gas distributing station has a control block, a technological block with pipelines of high and low pressure and a capacity for collecting condensate connected with the gas pipeline of high pressure and through a stop unit with a gas pipeline of low pressure. On the gas pipeline of high pressure there are in-series installed an ejector and a vortex tube, and a heat exchanger is installed on the gas pipeline of low pressure. The output of the ejector is connected with the input of the vortex tube and the output of the cold flow of the vortex tube is connected with a unit discharging condensate and its output of the hot flow - with the output of a heat exchanger, at that the output of the heat exchanger is connected with the mixing chamber of the ejector. The technical target of the invention is increasing of reliability of the work of the gas distributing station particularly at negative temperatures of the environment near the gas pipeline due to thermodynamic exfoliation of gas incoming from the gas pipeline of high pressure on "hot" and "cold" flows, of the following more complete discharge of condensate and reduction of energy level of throttling with partial heating of gas in the gas pipeline of low pressure.

EFFECT: reduces gas pressure.
