FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas distributing stations for reduction of gas pressure in gas pipeline. Gas distributing station comprises control unit, process unit with high and low pressure gas line, condensate collection tank connected to high pressure gas line and through shutoff element with low pressure gas line, ejector, vortex tube installed on high-pressure gas line, heat exchanger connected to outlet of hot flow of vortex tube, and outlet of its cold flow is connected to condensate trap. Control unit features ambient temperature sensor and flow rate controller for hot flow of vortex tube, positioned at ejector inlet. Plate heat exchanger is located in recirculation loop of heating system, its outlet is connected to ejector inlet. At the same time output of ejector is connected to low pressure gas line, and its mixing chamber is connected to condensate trap. Outer surface of condensate collection tank is coated with heat-insulating and heat accumulating material made in the form of bundles of elongated thin fibers from basalt arranged vertically. Inner surface of inlet branch pipe of condensate trap on side of vortex tube is covered with epoxy enamel. Condensate trap includes housing with cover and conical bottom connected to condensate collection container, and is equipped with a reflecting partition located between the inlet branch pipe and the outlet branch pipe connected to the ejector mixing chamber.
EFFECT: gas distributing station is proposed.
