FIELD: servicing and operation of complex equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes the following components connected in succession: data processing and analysis unit and device for representation of diagnosis results, as well as member for measurement of responses to test action which is mounted on suspension; it is provided with device for setting the expert data which has modules for input of parameters pertaining to levels of tolerable difference of amplitudes of responses and intervals of time of attaining them, respectively; these modules are with it in parallel; it also includes unit for input of initial characteristics of equipment suspension means which has setters of initial amplitude and time of attaining maximum response to action; their outputs are connected with first inputs of the first and second comparison units available in data processing and analysis unit; outputs of comparison units are connected to first and second units of equipment suspension state analysis which is connected in its turn with outputs of modules of input of parameters pertaining to levels of tolerable difference of amplitudes of responses and intervals of time of attaining them in expert data setting device; measurement unit is connected via ripple filter with meter of maximum response to action which is included in data processing and analysis unit and is connected with first comparison unit; suspension is provided with equipment separation indicator which is connected to maximum response meter directly and to second comparison unit via time meter.
EFFECT: extended functional capabilities in analysis of present technical state of suspension equipment; enhanced accuracy and efficiency of diagnosis.
