SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostic systems and is intended for diagnosing information-converting elements (ICE) of aircraft (AC) on-board equipment (OE) based on machine learning. Device comprises a microcontroller programmed to decode data words encoded with "Manchester II" code, three read-only memory devices, a switch, a neuroprocessor, random access memory, programmers, a module for converting power from 27 V DC to 5 V, 3.3 V, 2 V DC, a loop for connecting to a multiplex data exchange channel.

EFFECT: reduction of time for search of place and reasons of failure due to application of multichannel control of ICE of BEC.
