SUBSTANCE: multilayer focusing method for focusing related to content, represented in a multilayer structure, is realized by means of reproduction device, which contains user input device, which allows the user to control aforementioned focusing. Focusing layers in given multilayer structure are formed by assignment of information about predetermined focusing layers to each one of content elements, which are connected to content to be presented to user. Method contains stages, during which content elements are displayed to user, which elements are included in a predetermined focusing layer, focus is set on any one content element among displayed content elements; a predetermined command, inputted by user, is received from user input device; focus is shifted on basis of focusing layers information, assigned to content element, on which the focus is set, if the command is the focus shifting command.
EFFECT: efficient conduction of multimedia data related navigation by means of a device with limited number of input keys.
