FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, technique which may be used in charging apparatuses of pneumatic systems for moving head remains in grain combine.
SUBSTANCE: charging apparatus has mixing chamber, air feeding pipeline and material discharge pipeline. There is frame with trays provided within mixing chamber, said frame having adjustable inclination angle, and there is baffling shield provided at inlet end of mixing chamber. Trays are formed as triangular prism and have section formed as isosceles triangle so that inclination angle of 45-60 deg is delimited between generatrix and horizontal plane. Spring-loaded air-guiding blade is pivotally attached to rib of base of each tray oriented toward edge of baffling shield. Said edge is arranged on single line drawn through edges of air-guiding blades so as to form lifting angle of 12-15 deg. Air is guided from edge of baffling shield to zone under air-guiding blade of first tray to thereby deliver material owing to low pressure into gap between baffling shield and first tray. Similar process occurs in subsequent gaps between trays.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliable delivery of head remains into mixing chamber and further into material discharge pipeline.
