FIELD: automatic grinding of raw materials, used in construction material industry, mining and other branches of industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves providing real-time continuous controlling of qualitative grinding characteristics, each controlling step alternating with analysis step; determining specific surface of cement by using calculation procedure, degree of fineness (concentrate sizes) on the basis of specific power consumption, content of sulfuric anhydride by gypsum/clinker ratio; stabilizing qualitative characteristics of product on the basis of lower and upper limits; determining specific power consumption, specific air consumption, negative pressure downstream of mill and derivative characteristics; providing controlling using a number of optimization contours: contour for optimizing capacity of clinker grinding mill, contour for adjusting of sulfuric anhydride content in cement; contour for adjusting of specific surface, contour for adjusting degree of fineness of cement, and contour for adjusting of concentrate size, which is used in production of iron-ore concentrate; measuring capacity of process, specific power consumption, and quality of product; determining dependences between quality of product, specific power consumption, and process effectiveness; determining derivatives of dependencies of capacity, specific power consumption, and quality of product; adjusting process depending upon values of dependence derivatives of specific power consumption and quality of product.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in controlling quality of product, specific power consumption and grinding process effectiveness.
