FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used in cement and iron-ore concentrate production. Proposed comprises preparing the stock consisting of limestone component, iron ore and coal, their fractionating, if necessary, dewatering and mixing, sintering including drying and calcinating, thermochemical reaction between stock components and calcination products, mixing thermochemical reaction products and cooling down calcinated mass, producing commercial product including mincing cooled mass to required grain sized and, if required, enriching and compacting. Said stock that features complimentary physical-chemical properties that allow producing cement clinker and iron-ore concentrate, comprises limestone with content of CaO - 52.0-52.5%, iron ore with content of Fe2O3 - 42-44%, SiO2 - 22-27%, Al2O3 - 4.0-4.3%, brown coal with content (in its ash) of SiO2 - 50%, Al2O3 - 25%, the ratio between said components making 4:3:1. Produced sintered product, after cooling and mincing, is separated by magnetic separator into cement clinker and iron-ore concentrate. Invention covers also design versions of the devices to impellent described method.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption, higher efficiency.
