FIELD: pipeline engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises receiving chamber with connecting pipes for supplying and discharging the product, end valve gate, and chute for removing flowing means. The chute is provided with a shield that arrests the stroke of flowing means and is locked inside the space of the chamber by means of lockers controlled by the rod-rocking drive. The motion of the lockers is arrested by a stop provided on the rocker and pockets provided in the shield. The stop is mounted for permitting the rocker to stop when the movable pivots cross the line passing through the axis of the rocker and axes of connecting rods that connect the connecting rods with the lockers. The rockers are controlled by the mechanism mounted at the center of the shield.
