FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely apparatuses for corrugating sheet materials at forming laminate panels.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes one system of punches made of similar flat shaping members in the form of parallelograms jointly coupled at their sides and forming zigzag like corrugated surface; drive unit of punch system in the form of embracing them detachable vacuum chamber made of elastic gas-tight material with possibility of sealing it at side of blank feeding to working zone and repeating contour of counter- punches during process of shaping-evacuation; member for fixing punch system; mechanism for tensioning shaping unit. Punch system and its drive are made with formation of shaping unit. Member for fixing punch system is made of gas-tight cloth and it is joined at one side of punch system along zigzag lines of protrusions.
EFFECT: simplified design of apparatus, improved quality of corrugated articles.
