FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture a filler for multi-layer panels includes the following operations: sheet reinforcing material impregnated with synthetic resin is supplied to a smooth shaping surface of a relief drum, representing a shell of substantially cylindrical shape, comprising multiple identical flat stiff plates in the form of parallelograms hingedly joined along their sides; sheet material is pressed to the shaping surface; adhesion of the specified sheet material is provided to the shaping surface, and the shaping surface of the relief drum is deformed by mutual displacement of plates in the shell with simultaneous rotation of the relief drum around its axis. Objects of the invention are also equipment for manufacturing of filler from a sheet reinforcing material for multi-layer panels, and a relief drum included into this equipment with shaping surface to manufacture filler.
