FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly aggregates for slitting, mainly thin metallic and non-metallic strips and belts.
SUBSTANCE: shears include frame that supports stationary and movable struts where shafts with disc cutters are mounted, hydraulic-mechanical units for fixing cutters on shafts and supporting sleeves for shafts with disc cutters mounted in movable struts. Each hydraulic-mechanical fixing unit is in the form of piston type hydraulic cylinder whose housing is provided with through turning and is mounted in supporting sleeves of movable strut. Piston is stepped one; its one step passes in turning of cylinder housing and it is joined by means of threaded joint with cutter shaft. Second step is arranged in housing of hydraulic cylinder and it is provided with stop pins. Third step extends through turning in lid of housing and it is provided with nut. Rod is hollow one; in its inner turning ram with seals and mounting screw are arranged. Inner cavity of rod is communicated with piston cavity of hydraulic cylinder whose lid has openings for placing stop pins of piston and is provided with nut. Supporting sleeves of movable strut have stop beads engaging with ends of cutter sets.
EFFECT: improved efficiency, enhanced operational reliability of shears.
