SUBSTANCE: invention provides installation comprising container for initial ammonium perchlorate, means for transportation of initial ammonium perchlorate to receivers, crusher for initial ammonium perchlorate to produce middle fraction, crusher for initial ammonium perchlorate to produce fine fraction crusher for initial ammonium perchlorate to produce superfine fraction, additional container for ammonium perchlorate powder, fraction mixer, screener, and container for transportation of fraction mixture to rocket engine charge preparation phase. Crusher for initial ammonium perchlorate to produce middle fraction is constructed in the form of jet-vortex mill and provided with metering device for process additives. Crusher for initial ammonium perchlorate to produce fine fraction is constructed in the form of jet-impact mill and provided with metering devices for process additives and devices for two-step hydrophobization. Crusher for initial ammonium perchlorate to produce superfine fraction is constructed in the form of bead mill with milling member in the form of glass beads.
