FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed turbosupercharger contains turbine with wheel and compressor with impeller interconnected by shaft. Shaft is installed coaxially for rotation in bearing arranged between turbine wheel and compressor impeller. Turbine wheel, shaft and compressor impeller are arranged in housing and interconnected so that in case of breakdown of compressor impeller, axial force will act onto turbine wheel and shaft connected in turbine wheel in direction of turbine. Device for axial fixing of shaft and turbine wheel coupled with shaft is installed on shaft of turbosupercharger between compressor impeller and turbine wheel. Said device for axial fixing of shaft in case of breakdown of compressor impeller prevents axial displacement of shaft and turbine wheel coupled with shaft in direction of turbine. Other invention of proposed group relates to axial fixing of shaft and parts of turbosupercharger rigidly connected with shaft and containing turbine wheel and compressor impeller rigidly mounted on shaft. Shaft of turbosupercharger is installed axially for rotation in bearings installed between turbine wheel and compressor impeller. Turbine wheel, shaft and compressor impeller are installed and connected to each other so that, in case of breakdown of compressor impeller, axial force will act onto turbine wheel and part rigidly connected with turbine wheel. Device for axial fixing of shaft is connected with shaft so that in case of breakdown of compressor impeller, device interacts with support members of shaft and said interaction compensates force acting in axial direction and prevents axial displacement of shaft and parts rigidly connected with shaft.
EFFECT: provision of reliable holding of shaft and turbine wheel in housing in case of breakdown of compressor impeller without complicating mounting and demounting of parts and units of turbosupercharger.
