FIELD: anti-submarine air bombs used in anti-submarine defense systems as explosive sound sources for, search and detection of submarines.
SUBSTANCE: the method for assembly of a non-filled depth bomb for the systems of search of submarine targets is characterized by the fact that at first the inner frame of the air bomb is assembled and the frame assemblies are fixed, than the head bushing is installed on the front part of the frame, and the disk and the flange are fitted on its rear part, the radial holes of the flange are matched with the respective radar holes of the bottom end bushing and plug, then the frame is fastened in the air bomb body, the body is coupled to the head plate, and the assembled units of the air bomb are fastened by external bands, after that the container with the parachute system is coupled to the bottom end bushing.
EFFECT: reduced number of production operations required for assembly of the air bomb, reduced price of the air bomb at manufacture and assembly, provided its safety at transportation and reliability of action in service.
