SUBSTANCE: the cluster includes the nose with a fuse installed in it, body with a stabilizer, central perforated tube with flanges located in the body, rows of war components are located between the flanges around the tube, peripheral perforated tubes resting on the flanges, and elastic metal shells resting on the central and peripheral tubes, the shells are profiled with the surfaces of the war components adjacent to them and of the peripheral tubes, and a common gas dynamic system for unpacking of the cluster, actuation of the fuses of the war components adjacent to them and the peripheral tubes, and a common gas dynamic system for unpacking of the cluster, actuation of the fuses of the war components and scattering of the war components. The war component has a body with a stabilizer, nose and bottom sections, fuse and a war element. A tube is installed in the bottom section of the war component in its central axis, the fuse adjoining the bottom section is located in the tube cavity, a bush with a gas by-pass orifice is positioned on the rear end face.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and efficiency of action and stability of technical characteristics both of the cluster proper, and of the war components.
