FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises measuring channel in which the received signal is separated into the delayed signal and undelayed signal. The signals are sent to the inputs of the analogue-digital converters where frequency codes are formed. The codes are send to the first and second inputs of the programmable logic matrix. The selective channel is used for extracting signals whose frequency falls on the band of operation frequencies of the device. The signal is separated into delayed signal and undelayed signal. The signal is then sent to the amplitude detector and comparator via the video amplifier. The signal received in the band of operation frequencies of the device is generated at the output of the comparator.

EFFECT: enhanced precision and reliability.
