FIELD: crystal growing.
SUBSTANCE: invention aims at creating two- or three-dimensional nanocrystal structures that can be used for making optical grids, filters, catalysts, microelectronic structures, etc. Invention resides in a method of preparing self-organizing periodical structures of nanocrystals in micellar solutions of surfactants and comprises addition of another surfactant to the solution and transfer of nanocrystals to a hydrocarbon solvent followed by applying the latter onto carbon substrate, said other surfactant being S-dodecylisothiouronium chloride in amount 0.1-1.5 mole in relation to emulsion stabilizer.
EFFECT: reduced expenses due to use accessible and smell-free thiouronium extractant.
