SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, duodenum is wrapped for 10 minutes with a tissue doused in 0,7% solution of benzalkonium chloride, five times. The pancreas and the abdominal cavity are isolated.
EFFECT: adequate reproduction of model due to pharmacologically irreversible destruction of ganglions of inter-muscular plexus and reversible damage to unstriped muscle structures of duodenal wall.
