SUBSTANCE: the quarts resonator has a double-slewing shear piezoquartz element with thickness shear vibrations that is made at an angle of 10 deg. 53 min to the X-axis and 35 deg. to the Z-axis of the piezoquartz.

EFFECT: provided a slope temperature-frequency characteristic of the resonator and attenuated activity of the resonator B-mode of oscillations.
