FIELD: products for space feeding.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes extraction of biomass of Mortierella globulifera micromycete with non-polar extractant in overcritical state, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali, and water and combining of the first extract with solid residue to produce biomass preparation. Further distilled water, paper napkins, and smoking paper are sterilized. Using non-sterilized distilled water 0.02 % potassium permanganate solution, 0.5 % citric acid solution and 0.01 % suspension of biomass preparation are prepared. Then tomato of milky-ripe stage are inspected, soaked in drinking water at 20-30°C for 10-20 min, washing in flowing water at 20-30°C and fruit spurs separation. Then tomato are sequentially held at room temperature in potassium permanganate solution for 5 min, citric acid for 5 min, and suspension of biomass preparation for 5 min. Rests of each solution and suspension are removed from surface with sterilized paper napkin. Then continuous layer of medicine adhesive is applied on fruit spar and adjacent surface with area of 16-25 mm2. Ultraviolet irradiation is carried out from opposite sides for 30 min at power of 2 W/m3. Fruits are packed in smoked paper and placed in single layer in polymeric pans. Method of present invention males it possible to tomato deliver in space object and further store for 45 days.
EFFECT: improved method for preparation of tomato for space feeding.
