FIELD: medicine, in particular, equipment used in otorhinolaryngology for rinsing of paranasal sinuses.
SUBSTANCE: cannula is made from rigid material and is provided with feeding pipe having curved portion and opening at its operating end, and is further provided with pavilion and bandage. Curved portion of cannula is adapted for introducing operating end of feeding pipe into concrete sinus (maxillary, sphenoid or frontal). Return pipe with soldered operating end and open peripheral end is connected in congruent and tight manner to operating end of feeding pipe, in offset relation to said operating end. Operating end of return pipe is provided with side opening.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in rinsing of paranasal sinuses in cases there is no back flow of liquid when cannula is introduced in sinus.
