FIELD: chemical industry; mining industry; metallurgy industry; other industries; methods of the flotation concentration of the sulfide-free ores.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the flotation concentration of the sulfide-free ores and may be used in preparation of the recycle waters of the ore-dressing and processing integrated works, metallurgical and chemical enterprises. The method allows to conduct the flotation in the conditions of the recycling water supply with the invariable nomenclature of the used for this purpose flotation agents, but with allowance for the biological factor. The method provides for flotation by the fatty-acid collectors, usage of the flotation controllers neonal or alkylbenzol of the sulfonic acids or ОП-4 and the water glass. Hypochlorite is fed in the main flotation or the hypochlorite is used for preparation of the recycling water.
EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the method allows to conduct the flotation in the conditions of the recycling water supply with the invariable nomenclature of the used for this purpose flotation agents, but with allowance for the biological factor.
