FIELD: railroad car unloading machines.
SUBSTANCE: machine comprises horizontal beam 1 secured to vertical expandable column having base secured to rotary platform 4 provided with fixing means. Rotary platform is installed on bogie and may move parallel to railroad track carrying open wagons to be unloaded. One end of horizontal beam has bucket-and-elevator boom with two raking augers 17, 18, which span open wagon width. Inclined gutter is connected to horizontal beam for bulk material unloading to conveyer and to railroad storage facility. Steam generator is secured to horizontal beam end opposite to boom connection one. The steam generator is fastened to distribution pipes by means of steam pipeline. Distribution pipes are attached to boom in cantilevered manner and arranged over raking augers. Distribution pipes are provided with nozzles located so that nozzle axes are directed towards bulk material to be unloaded and inclined at 35-55° angle thereto.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability, possibility to unload frozen load and decreased load onto bucket-and-elevator boom.
