Each striker is suspended from flexible traction member and is connected with rod mounted on rollers and coupled with spring plate holding traction member constantly taut. Rigidly fitted on rod is block for periodical engagement with cam wheels rigidly fitted one opposite to the other on two parallel driven shafts connected through pair of toothed wheels.
