FIELD: manufacture of alumosilicate glass.
SUBSTANCE: proposed glass contains the following components, mass-%: SiO2, Al2O3, ZrO2, Na2O, MgO, ZnO and L2O at the following ratio of components, mass-%: SiO2, 54.5-56.5; Al2O3, 19-21.0; ZrO2,, 1.0-2.0; Na2O, 5.0-6.7; MgO, 5.5-6.5; ZnO, 7.5-8.8; Li2O, 2.5-3.0. Alkali resistance of glass is corresponds to class 1, GOST 10134.3-82; strength at lateral bending, 240-274 Mpa; heat resistance is 440-540K. Alkali-resistant high-strength alumosilicate glass is used for manufacture of inspection windows in industrial plants working under conditions of high pressure, high temperatures in handling alkali or hydrocarbon media.
EFFECT: enhanced strength and heat resistance of glass at retained high alkali resistance.
