SUBSTANCE: power governor can be used for adjustment of light brightness or speed of rotation of fan. Governor has second control circuit intended for controlling operation of triac to apply current to load and first control circuit intended for controlling operation of powerful semiconductor bipolar transistor wit isolated gate to control speed of increase of voltage in load. First control circuit controls operation of second control circuit.
EFFECT: reduced pulsation of network voltage applied to power governor.
