FIELD: electric mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: collector of electric machine has set of current-conducting plates, lamellas, radial installed in isolated assembly of collector. There are insulating washers among plates. Collector is provided with new system of application of electric capacitors. Number of capacitors equals to number of collector plates. Capacitors are made flat in form of rectangle. Any capacitor is electrically connected with adjacent collector plates. Sets of capacitors are made in form of ring-shaped collector unit having shape of rectangular cross-section toroid. Collector unit is mounted onto core.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation; higher reliability of operation.
