FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: commutator machine comprises a mounted on the metal shaft commutator, in the housing of which there are insulated from each other commutator segments in the shape of the lamels and of the bar-to-bar blocks. Every bar-to-bar block is designed as the assembly of two end interdigitated-finger electrodes and two medium interdigitated-finger electrodes that are separated from each other by the isolation with high inductive capacitance. Every interdigitated-finger electrode represents the group of thin parallel metal plates, coalesced by the metallic header. The interdigitated-finger electrode plates are inserted into each other. The parallel bases of the end interdigitated-finger electrodes and the parallel bases of the medium interdigitated-finger electrodes are vertical to each other. The interdigitated-finger electrode plates are set alternate in a certain order. The uninsulated surfaces of the outer metal plates of every end interdigitated-finger electrode are in contact with the relevant profile plane of the commutator segment. The base of every medium interdigitated-finger electrode and the shaft are electrically-bonded.
EFFECT: generated electromagnetic high-frequency noise level decrease.
