SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, circuit additionally contains control input and setting permission input, two inverters, three OR-AND-NOT elements and new structural connections.
EFFECT: ensured self-synchronous realization of D-trigger with preset with arbitrary encoding discipline of information input: paraphase one or biphase one.
