FIELD: apiculture, in particular, bee queen breeding technique.
SUBSTANCE: method involves using template and intermediate member, with drill being used as template and working end of drill being inserted into zone under sphere; using cup blank as intermediate member, said cup blank being made from plastic or other material and being filled with wax; making wax cup by drilling out excessive wax from cup blank. Manufacturing of wax cup using drilling process allows contacting of hands with cup for removal of template to be avoided.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability in taking of larvae for breeding.
