FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely, to bee keeping, and relates to methods for breeding of female bees. Proposed method of introducing bee larva at egg stage for queen breeding consists in the fact that queen-cell cup is sealed with a wax plug prior to or after operation of egg transfer into queen-cell cup.
EFFECT: invention provides for increased quantity of eggs accepted by bees for queen breeding and production of full-grown female bees.
