FIELD: shipbuilding; device for off-slipway transportation of trans-border trolleys loaded with block-sections of ship's hull to launching position during building of ships on building berth lines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system is provided with mechanism for motion of block-sections along building berth; this mechanism is provided with building berth trolley with cable winch mechanism for motion along rail track of building berth and mechanism for motion of block-sections from slipway to building berth. Mechanism for motion of block-sections along building berth and mechanism for motion of block-sections from slipway to berthing berth are made in form of single system provided with trans-border trolleys equipped with unified cable winch mechanism for motion of them along rail tracks. These rail tracks have at least two horizontal longitudinal branches, slipway branch and transversal branch intersecting them. Cable winch mechanisms are located on longitudinal rail tracks for motion of trolleys over horizontal section of rail tracks of longitudinal and transversal branches and slipway branch; two cable winch mechanisms of mirror arrangement are simultaneously used for motion of trolleys over inclined section of slipway branch whose haulage ropes are provided with two-fold tackle blocks and balancing cross-piece secured on trolley through tie rods.
EFFECT: increased cargo capacity of system; extended range of technological capabilities.
