FIELD: brewing industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for preparing brewing mash involves swelling grains and malt under condition of their impregnation with hop gas-liquid micella under pressure above atmosphere and pressure fall up to atmosphere value, their brewing mash and saccharification. Method provides intensification of saccharification and increase yield of extractive substances and brewing wort.
EFFECT: improved preparing method of brewing mash.
