SUBSTANCE: invention proposes alloy comprising the following components, wt.-%: silicon, 3.0-5.0; manganese, 3.0-5.0; calcium, 2.0-3.0; titanium, 15.0-20.0; aluminum, 20.0-30.0; zirconium, 15.0-20.0; nickel, 15.0-20.0, and iron, the balance. Invention provides improving quality of steel based on enhancing its impact toughness.
EFFECT: improved and valuable property of steel.
