SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy and can be used for fabricating parts of process equipment in chemical and oil industry. Steel contains, mass %: carbon 0.1-0.3; silicon 0.1-0.3; manganese 0.8-1.2; chromium 18.0-20.0; nickel 18.0-20.0; niobium 0.8-1.2; tungsten 1.0-2.0; molybdenum 1.5-2.5; nitrogen 0.08-0.12; boron 0.08-0.12; titanium 0.1-0.3; aluminium 0.1-0.3; calcium 0.008-0.012; zirconium 0.4-0.6; copper 0.8-1.2, the rest being iron.
EFFECT: upgraded crack resistance of steel.
