FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining intensity of personality characteristics manifestation. Questionnaire scales are used: Manager Potential; Clear Values; Influence upon Milieu; Purposefulness; Creative Approach; Administrative Guidelines. The scales have four grades as follows. -2 denotes partially disagreed; -1 denotes completely disagreed; 1 denotes partially agreed; 2 denotes completely agreed. Linear manager successfulness is estimated from formula LMS =43.23+3.53 CV + 2.34 IS - 3.45 PF - 1.29 CA -1.20 AG, where CV is the result according to Clear Values scale, IS is the result according to Influence upon Milieu scale; PF is the result according to Purposefulness scale; CA is the result according to Creative Approach scale; AG is the result according to Administrative Guidelines scale. When LMS ≤ 25, low successfulness level is to be diagnosed. 25<LMS≤46, successfulness level is below the average; 46<LMS≤64, successfulness level is satisfactory; 64<LMS≤77, successfulness level is above the average; 77<LMS corresponds to high level of linear manager successfulness.
EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
