FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: implant is manufactured as threaded elongated metal rod. The thread has metric profile on apical intraosseous part and it has round profile of variable height on apical intraradical part. Thread root length between turns of the round profile thread turns grows towards implant crown part. Tetragonal protrusion is available on crown part end face. Instrument kit for carrying out endodontal endosteal implantation has drills of 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm diameter for forming widening in turn tooth root and intraosseous implant part bed, wrench for manually introducing and screwing-in an implant, ratchet wrench for screwing-in an implant, fixing wrench for stabilizing implant position when screwing-in, forceps, imprint transfer unit for transferring clinical situation from oral cavity to model, implant counterpart for plastering into model, metal abutment for placing it directly on the implant crown part when manufacturing stump insert, plastic cap for producing wax modeling stump insert and box for keeping instruments together. Each instrument has specific structural features. Method involves accomplishing preoperative tooth preparation for carrying out endodontal endosteal implantation, preparing tooth root canal with drills gradually increasing diameter, screwing the endodontal endosteal implant into prepared hole in the tooth by applying manual introduction wrench. To prepare orthopedic construction, transfer is screwed over the implant and imprint is manufactured with open or closed standard spoon or individual spoon filled with silicon mass. The moule is drawn from the oral cavity leaving the transfer in the moule. Implant copy is fitted on the transfer in the moule. Supergypsum is poured and collapsible model is produced using standard technological process. Abutment is put over crown part of the implant and then, plastic abutment is fitted over crown implant part. Then, plastic cap is put on and prepared tooth stump is modeled with wax. The wax composition is substituted with metal in conventional way. Plastic cap is burnt out together with wax. The finished structure is fitted and fixed in orthopedic cap by means of laser welding. Permanent prosthesis is manufactured. When having difficulties associated with postoperative bone defect size in working without stress state generated in bone, reversed rotation ratchet wrench is additionally applied.

EFFECT: high reliability in setting mesenchymal sepsis diagnosis.
