FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has elongated metal rod threaded on external surface of apical part having recesses between coils. Thread cross-section is triangle having unequal sides and an angle of 60 deg at the top. The less side is on the same side with distal part. Thread pitch is equal to 0.7 mm, recess lengths are equal to 0.35 mm, internal thread diameter is equal to 1.2-1.5 mm on apical part, external thread diameter on the apical part and distal part diameter is equal to 1.1-1.4. Cruciform projections are available on the distal part for key. Whole implant length is equal to 36 mm. Apical part length with thread is 30 mm long. EFFECT: unified implant; independence of density and architectonics of bone tissue. 4 dwg
