FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: while manufacturing a foot prosthesis one should insert a foot lining into a detachable casting mold followed by filling it with a foaming and hardening composition and taking a ready-to-use product out of the mold. Into the mold one should apply a separating element out of silicone caoutchouc as a case-rubber so, that the lining to be inside it. Internal surface of separating element corresponds to external surface of foot prosthesis under manufacturing, and external surface is being tightly adjacent to the mold' s walls. With a foaming and hardening composition one should fill in internal cavity of separating element. After composition hardening one should take out a ready-to-use foot prosthesis out of a detachable mold. The innovation enables to carry out re-usable application of separating element, simplify taking out the cast foot out of the mold without applying a pushing element, improve exploitation qualities of the obtained foot prosthesis, decrease expenses for final completion of foot prosthesis and shorten the terms for technical control for ready-to-use production.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
