SUBSTANCE: disposable wear has moisture-impermeable base, first panel adapted for absorbing body's liquid exudates and disposed over crotch region and rear cingulated region of base, and second panel adapted for absorbing body's liquid exudates and disposed over front cingulated region and crotch region of base. Second panel has front part connected to front cingulated region, distal part extending above crotch region, and transversely opposite lateral edges connected to transversely opposite lateral sections of base. Distal part is spaced from and disposed above base so as to define pocket between base and distal part of second panel, said pocket opening from crotch region toward cingulated region.

EFFECT: provision for convenient and comfortable wearing of disposable article.
