FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: according to the first version, a disposable diaper contains an absorbent fitting and a shell structure. The absorbent fitting contains an absorbent body. The shell structure has a longitudinal axis and a lateral axis, a front waist zone with a front waist edge, a back waist zone with a back waist edge, a wedge shaped piece between the waist zones, crosswise opposite lateral edges passing between the front and back waist zones, an external surface and an internal surface whereto the absorbent fitting is attached. The shell structure contains a water-proof back layer and crosswise opposite longitudinal lateral flaps formed by at least partially crosswise folded-in pieces of the back layer. Each lateral flap has a proximal edge and longitudinally opposite ends, and also a longitudinal elastic collecting element attached in its proximal edge. Each lateral flap is attached to an internal surface of the shell structure in its ends and at least one longitudinal lateral gasket between the proximal edge of the lateral flap and a respective lateral edge of the shell structure. The latter comprises crosswise opposite lateral cuts within at least the wedge shaped piece, thereby having a nonrectangular shape. Each lateral edge is formed of a front folded lateral edge segment in the front waist zone area wherein the back layer is crosswise folded-in, a back folded lateral edge segment in the back waist zone wherein the back layer is crosswise folded-in, and a cutout lateral edge segment that forms a lateral cut and joins the front folded lateral edge segment and the back folded lateral edge segment. Each lateral flap is attached to the internal surface of the shell structure in the attachments in the front waist zones and the back waist zones in the longitudinally distal ends of the lateral flap. According to the second version, the disposable diaper contains the absorbent fitting and the shell structure. The absorbent fitting contains the absorbent body. The shell structure has the longitudinal axis and the lateral axis, the front waist zone with the front waist edge, the back waist zone with the back waist edge, the wedge shaped piece between the waist zones, crosswise opposite lateral edges between the front and back waist zones, the external surface and the internal surface whereto the absorbent fitting is attached. The shell structure contains the water-proof back layer and crosswise opposite longitudinal lateral flaps formed by at least partially crosswise folded-in pieces of the back layer. Each lateral flap has the proximal edge and longitudinally opposite ends, and also the longitudinal elastic collecting element attached in its proximal edge. Each lateral flap is attached in the ends and lifted in its proximal edge with respect to the surface of the absorbent fitting with reducing the elastic element of the fitting and herewith forming of a lateral barrier with the lifted lateral flap. The latter comprises crosswise opposite lateral cuts in at least the wedge shaped piece, thereby having a nonrectangular shape. Each lateral edge is formed of the front folded lateral edge segment in the front waist zone area wherein the back layer is crosswise folded-in, the back folded lateral edge segment in the back waist zone wherein the back layer is crosswise folded-in, and the cutout lateral edge segment that forms a lateral cut and joins the front folded lateral edge segment and the back folded lateral edge segment. According to the third version, a disposable diaper contains an absorbent fitting and a shell structure. The absorbent fitting contains an absorbent body. The shell structure contains a water-proof back layer and crosswise opposite longitudinal lateral flaps formed by at least partially crosswise folded-in pieces of the back layer. Each lateral flap has the proximal edge and the crosswise opposite ends, and the longitudinal elastic element of the flap fitting attached in the proximal edge; each lateral flap is attached within the ends and lifted in its with proximal edge with respect to the surface of the absorbent fitting herewith reducing the elastic element of the fitting to form the lateral barrier by the lifted lateral flap, and also attached by at least one longitudinal lateral gasket at least crosswise water-proof and arranged between the proximal edge of the lateral flap and the respective lateral edge of the shell structure to the internal surface of the shell structure. The lateral gasket is water-proof, at least crosswise. The shell structure comprises the crosswise opposite lateral cuts in at least the wedge shaped piece, thereby having a nonrectangular shape. Each lateral edge is formed of the front folded lateral edge segment in the front waist zone area wherein the back layer is crosswise folded-in, the back folded lateral edge segment in the back waist zone wherein the back layer is crosswise folded-in, and the cutout lateral edge segment that forms the lateral cut and joins the front folded lateral edge segment and the back folded lateral edge segment.
EFFECT: design simplification of a diaper and therefore possibility to reduce its price.
